Badass Texas Half Marathon distances run along the Brazos River with spectacular views and hills. Participants can celebrate the completed race at a festival with free beer, the after-race party is almost as legendary as the race itself.
Despite the difficulty of the course, it is beautiful, with water stations at every mile. And thanks to the 4 hours time limit, runners and fast walkers will have plenty of time to complete the course.

Race Info
Participants will receive: a short-sleeve T-shirt, finisher’s medal and BIB, certified USATF courses, beer garden, after-party music, water and gels on the half marathon course and free parking.
The top 3 men and women in the overall standings and the top 3 men and women in the age groups will be awarded. All age group awards are based on chip time. All overall awards are calculated by gun time.
The pace groups for the half marathon will be provided. Waco is characterized by warm but usually not unbearable weather in late May, when temperatures reach 100ºF. On race day, the average low is 66ºF and the average high is 87ºF.
