Arctic Frog Run is an ultra marathon for beginners. The course consists of asphalt, forest and crushed limestone trails.

Race Info
Participants will receive a shadow box to showcase their achievements and a gold coin. Timing, prize bag, participant T-shirt, medals – for 15K and 25K distances, buckles – for 50K, plaques will be awarded to the top 3 men and women in each age group.
Pacers and dogs are not allowed on the course. The time limit for completing the race is 8 hours, for 25K and 15K it is 4 hours.
There will be 2 fully stocked feeding stations on the course and they will provide water, sports drinks, snacks, cookies, bacon, pickles, “hot” vegetarian and meat chili, bananas, oranges, pickles, pretzels, chips, marmalade, chicken broth, coffee and hot cocoa.
