5K For Life – Shelbyville is a challenging trail run with beautiful scenery. The race will be run with chip timing. Free parking will be available for participants.

You will be able to pick up your starting packet in advance. Race day registration will be available.
The starting packet will include a BIB, packet and chip. A T-shirt will be available for purchase on the day of the start. Additional awards will be given to male and female winners in each age group.
A bottled water station will be located at the course.
