3 Days of Syllamo is a three-day trail running race in Blanchard Springs. Over the course of three days, participants will run on winding trails, climbs and descents.

Race Info
Aid stations will be located every 4-9 miles along the course. The aid stations will serve electrolyte drink, sodas, water, gels or chewy candy, bananas, oranges, pickles, chips and more.
All finishers will receive a personalized award made by a local artist. Male and female overall and masters winners will receive awards.
The time limit to complete the 50M is 14 hours, 10 hours for the 50K and 6 hours for the 20K.
